For a Restorative Day Retreat

Opening to the Heart of Autumn

It is within a calm and relaxed state of mind & body that we flow most easily with life’s changes and challenges. Come join us as we spend the day together experiencing ways to balance and empower our daily lives through the practice of Yoga, Pranayama, deep relaxation and Meditation.

The day will include: a yoga class, yoga nidra (relaxation) followed by a potluck lunch, a walk in the ravine (optional), afternoon meditation and time for tea and sharing.

Sunday, October 30th – 10AM – 5 PM

Cost: $75

Early bird special $65 (if you register before Oct 4th).

*Located in a beautiful Yoga Sanctuary set in nature

(Easy access to DVP and close to Coxwell Subway station in the east end of Toronto)

Wear comfortable clothing, Mats, cushions and blankets are provided.

Bring a water bottle and walking shoes for ravine walk, plus a contribution to potluck lunch.

Lynne P. McNelly is a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher. Her caring approach creates a comfortable environment for ALL levels of students. She has taught extensively for the last 19 years with many community organizations and with private classes, with students aged from 3-90 years young.

Vivian Carter, BFA, M DIV, Dip Th, is a meditative writer, artist, spiritual guide and family coach. Vivian is a well-loved guide and presenter, whose practical ideas, wealth of experience and ability to dramatize her topic make her presentations both valuable and enjoyable.
